All the equipment you need is a mixer or mixing bowl & wooden spoon or spatula, rolling pin and a few baking trays. Each box contains all dry ingredients, allergens and best before information. This box also contains greaseproof paper and a custard cream cookie cutter & stamp.

Need to read instructions

The custard creams were delicious and great fun to bake. I just wish I’d read the instructions earlier as chilling the dough for 1 hour wasn’t on my time plan !! Just meant biscuits for supper

Simple and fun.

I have given baking box subscriptions and the odd baking box as presents to others before but have never used one myself . I thought I would get one to keep for when I needed to keep visiting children amused over the summer . They are ideal for that as it’s an almost instant activity , no looking for suitable recipes and checking ingredients etc . As it turned out it was Grandad who did the baking box with the children .
He had so much fun helping the grandchildren bake these and they were excited to bake with him rather than me for a change . The children were so pleased and proud of the biscuits that they produced , they were soon eaten . Will definitely buy more in the future and highly recommend them .
