Santa's Grotto - Kids Ticket with Time Slot
Join us with a wholesome festive visit to see Santa Claus (a good one too!) on Sunday 30th November at The Courtyard based in The Plant Plot Garden Centre in Lichfield.
Start by picking up your tickets from The Cake Spa located in The Courtyard, which will be feeling festive. Visit Santa in his grotto, have a chat with him and take any photos that you'd like. Each child will be given a gift by Santa.
Have a stroll to join the Happy Human Collective at The Potting Shed Restaurant, where your child (or children) will be welcomed with a cup of hot chocolate. They will then take part in a few different crafts and activities.
The children can make reindeer food ready to scatter for Christmas Eve. They can write a letter to Santa and make a decoration to hang on your Christmas tree. Finally they will be able to colour in a festive iced cookie with edible ink pens to enjoy or take home.
Additional non-alcoholic drinks and hot food will also be available for purchase on the day for both adults and children. You can also pre-order these with your tickets if you'd prefer.

- Please include the names and ages of each child & any dietary requirements
- Pre-order any hot food you wish to add via the separate product listing
- Checkout your basket to secure your tickets and time slot.
- We'll see you (and Santa!) on 30th November!
ALL CHILDREN OVER 18 MONTHS REQUIRE A TICKET. ADULTS ARE NOT REQURED TO BOOK TICKETS OR PAY TO ATTEND BUT DUE TO CAPACITY LIMITATIONS WE REQUEST A MAXIMUM TWO ADULTS PER TIME SLOT PLEASE.
Parents/Guardians must be in attendance with and supervise their child/children at all times during the visit. They may also need to assist the children with the crafts and activities
Please note: the time slot you book is the start time for your visit. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes prior to this to ensure you do not miss your slot. Please leave enough time to park and find the grotto on site and collect your tickets . A reminder mail with instructions will be sent out nearer the time.

ALLERGENS - Please note the iced cookies will contain Wheat/Gluten, Milk, and Egg. Please include any dietary requirements when booking and we can see if it is possible to accommodate these for your child.
This event has been arranged between three local businesses based at the Garden Centre - The Cake Spa, Happy Human Collective and The Potting Shed Restaurant and is not organised by The Plant Plot Garden Centre. Please direct any queries to The Cake Spa.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Please note that all bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your time slot is booked, no changes can be made. Refunds will not be issued for missed time slots, sickness, inability to attend or another reason for cancellation, lateness or no-shows.
