How do Subscriptions work?
Go to the product and purchase your subscription.. You will automatically be signed up for your monthly subscription. Sit down, relax and let us take care of everything else!
Your subscription fee will be taken on the same day each month. Each month your subscription box will arrive to your door for you to enjoy.
You will get access to your subscription to enable you to skip, pause or cancel at anytime.

Q. Can I skip a month or cancel the subscription?
A: Absolutely! You will get access to your account to manage your subscription, so you can skip, pause or cancel. There is however a minimum of 3 months subscription when you first sign up. -
Q. When will my subscription arrive?
A: Your first subscription will arrive for the month you order, or the following month- depending what date it is. Baking boxes generally go out the first week of the month. Mixed treat boxes vary depending on the month. Get in touch if you want to clarify for your order. -
Q. Can I buy a subscription as a gift?
Yes! Just make sure you add the recipient's details in the shipping section at checkout so it's delivered to the correct person/address. -
Q. When will I get charged?
A: You will be charged on the same date each month, the date of your original order.. -
Q. Where do you ship? Can I collect?
A: I post across the UK by courier. I also offer local delivery in Lichfield or you can collect from The Cake Spa. Just choose your preferred option at checkout. -
Q. Can I have more than one subscription, ie. one for me and one as a gift?
A: Absolutely! You will just need to chcek out separately so that you can add the correct delivery address to each order.
